Today we took a beginner course in ropes. We learned the basics of tying knots, belaying, climbing etc. What a blast. There was some healthy competitiveness amongst team mates - and tons of laughs -all great stuff!

We had a great time learning the ropes and climbing the rock wall. Notice no picture of me at the top of the wall...I went first and didn't make it up. I think I helped the others chose a different part of the wall :).
